Shaoxu Song is an Associate Professor in the School of Software, Tsinghua University. His research interests include timeseries database, data quality, data integration and data mining. He has published papers in top journals and conferences in the area, such as ACM TODS, VLDBJ, IEEE TKDE, ACM SIGMOD, KDD, VLDB, and IEEE ICDE. Dr. Song served in program committees of international conferences, including VLDB, ICDE, SIGIR, and so on, as well as the PC Vice-Co-Chair of IEEE BigData 2022/2025 and ACM KDD 2025 Area Chair. He received a Distinguished/Outstanding Reviewer award from ICDE 2024, VLDB 2019 and CIKM 2017. His research is supported by NSFC, Huawei, Samsung, Siemens, MHI and so on. He is a Senior Member of IEEE.
